Refund & Return Policy
At Femme Fiesta Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right, you may return or exchange your item under the conditions below.
Return / Exchange Window:
You must request a return or exchange within 3 (three) days of receiving your product.
Conditions:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and have its original tags and packaging intact. If you received a wrong, defective, or incorrectly sized item, we will exchange or return it for you. An unboxing video helps us resolve any complaint faster.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized / made-to-measure products and any used or washed items cannot be returned.
Refunds:
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer. For exchanges, a replacement item is shipped. Approved refunds are completed within 3–7 business days.
